Call it the power of three, the connection between souls, or the right energy flow. Call it female power or global families; the truth is something happens to the human spirit when we come together to love, to laugh and, in my case, to eat or cook together! This is exactly what we felt this morning, a shift and lift! A coming into the sunlight to bask in our different cultures, our religion and our individual journeys. You see, it’s not in our similarities that we are bonded; it’s in our differences. These are some of the best moments in my life when I am “shifted and lifted”.
